Effective July 15, 2020: In an effort to keep our prices from rising in an ever changing business environment we are adapting the following changes. We believe these adjustments will allow us to continue providing the best possible customer experience from start to finish and ultimately delivering product in a timely fashion. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable until further notice.
Change in Contact Method:
We are switching to a 100% virtual means of contact. We will no longer be doing face to face meetings and instead ask that you call, email, or text us for the fastest possible service. This change allows us to keep production operating as efficiently as possible without delays. We will still respond to email and text inquiries throughout the day and after hours just as we have since opening.
Change in Delivery Method:
We are switching to a 100% delivery system. All customers will be required to have their order delivered from here on out. This shift comes both in respond to COVID-19 and as stated above allows us to maximize production efficiency. All orders will now be assessed a $7.50 per box shipping fee.
Change In Payment Method:
We are no longer going to be accepting cash as a form of payment. Our payment options are as follows: credit/debit card via our website, PayPal via our website, Venmo via the app (@TheApparel-Project) or check mailed to our office.
Change in Required Deposit:
All orders required a minimum of 50% up front payment. Exact reorders will be allowed to be paid for with a 50% deposit prior to production and the 50% balance paid prior to shipping. All new orders will be required to pay 100% up front.
Change in Credit Card Fees:
All order over $1500 will be assessed a 3.5% credit card transaction fee unless being paid via check or Venmo.
Change in Turnaround Times:
Moving forward our standard turnaround time will be 8 business days. While we have worked extremely hard to keep our turnaround times as low as possible our shipping partners and distributors have informed us that they can no longer guarantee the level of shipping speed that guarantees we have all materials needed within 5 business days.
In Person Meetings:
Until further notice we will no longer be conducting in person meetings. We believe given the ongoing COVID-19 situation this is the best decision for the safety of our employees. Instead we will be offering virtual meetings via Zoom.
Contacting Us Via Facebook:
We know many of you have taken advantage of Facebook messenger as a way to place your orders. While we love the easy of access that Facebook provides we are aiming to shift away from that method over the next few months. We now ask that you reach out to us via email or text message for a prompt response.
