In special circumstances we accept returns of imprinted items. These circumstances are decided upon by The Apparel Project after communicating with the customer. Please note our restocking policy is as follows:
- A rate of $5.99 per printed location (i.e. full front and full back is restocked for a fee of $11.98)
- A rate of $7.99 per embroidered location (i.e. left chest and sleeve is restocked for a fee of $15.98)
- Any item that has both types of imprint (print and embroidery) is restocked at a rate of $5.99 per printed location and $7.99 per embroidered location (i.e. left chest print and left sleeve embroidery would be restocked at a rate of $13.98)
- All items must be shipped back to The Apparel Project – the returning party is responsible for all shipping costs and fees
